According to the AP, former Vice President Dick Cheney has told conservative political activists at the Conservative Political Action Conference, that he believes 2010 will be a big year for Republicans and that he thinks Barack Obama is a "one-term president."

Over this past weekend, the current Vice President, Joe Biden criticized Cheney on national Sunday talk.

But you gotta admit, he has one hell of a poker face when it comes time for talking about shooting his friends in the face...... Poor Dick Cheney..... Pretty sharp guy though, you gotta hand him that...... Hell, I should say poor friends of Dick Cheney.... I hope they figure their collective problems out before they try to put Palin, or, gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggg attempt to advocate our Booby Boy Wonder Booby Jindal....

Ehhh, I don't know, it would probably make a fairly practical paper weight, if it is really made of lead like some folks seem to enjoy implying.....

When has Cheney not tried to mislead people? The only reason his heart attacks have not yet killed him is because his heart plays such a minor function in him.

All self serving intentions aside (after all, we all do possess them, sooooooo...) One must take into account the vibrant fabric of the society we have created... In varying guises and to incremental degrees we have incorporated the workings of socialism, communism, and capitalism as our system... The task is to identify and define their stature and consider the paradigms involved in allowing the freedom (as in Liberty) for each model to coexist into a homogenous manner which will coax an enlightened as well as heightened standard of living for all who participate….. Or, seemingly do not participate yet still make their contributions as well……. You have folks that are dependent (or welfare) You have folks that are socialists, communist, capitalist, and within those you have labor values that can be described as freelance, skilled labor, union labor, and then you have those dedicated to the creation or expanding of ‘air-time’… Perhaps on the outer fringes we also find the degrees of separation that involves the ‘jaded’ soul, or the uninspired, or the non conformist, perhaps even the basket case….. It is from there that GNP, GDP, factors can be examined, the role of taxation, commerce, trade, even laws or more closely rules and regulations…….. And finally the paradox of global impact and incremental improvements that will be conducive to a more harmonious world if ever something such as that could ever really be possible…. For all practical purposes, folks making 40K or better per year in the United States pretty much, when you look at the rest of the developing world, or examine histories past in as few as 200 years ago pretty much have it made in the shade…. It is for each person to interpret what constitutes as their basis for happiness, there is no cookie cutter template approach that can define this… But for the most part when a person looks at slices of America common themes do seem to flow throughout the society. A home, a spouse, kids, a car, furniture, television, telephone, recreational gadgets or toys, toasters, micro wave ovens, a stove, a refrigerator, education, good food, etc., etc., etc……. Yes, it is an overly simplified list but consider that all in all, if a person were to start from scratch, and go shopping to fill its house with ‘stuff’ including the house there is probably (depending on your economy or values) a couple thousand dollars worth of furniture and a couple thousand dollars worth of appliances, probably a couple thousand dollars worth of food each year.. etc., etc., etc. In reality, toss the person 100K and that person has all sorts of nifty ‘stuff’…… And it takes that person, ehhhhhhhh, 30 or 40 years to get that stuff…… 40 years spent to acquire those, in reality, few and ultimately perishable things… Where did the rest of the money go?.................... Oh, the hell with this dissertation, most folks out there know what the score is……….. Let me just get to the crux of it………….. The Superbia – Pride Invidia – Envy Ira – Anger Avaritia – Avarice (jealousy) Tristia – Sadness Gula – Gluttony Luxuria – Lust, and the Sunda: Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: and Saturday OF IT ALL………………… And of course consider the ‘Federal Reserve Note’ a proposed ‘Lever Note’ and of course the ‘Retirement Note’ which could also be extrapolated out into ‘Savings Bonds’ (which is some kind of an interest dependent bond for it to increase in value) or its conjoined twin, the ‘T bill’…. "Money is a matter of functions four, a medium, a measure, a standard, a store." And of course money helps to avoid the coincidence of wants problem….. Again, value, appraisal, worth, perhaps even importance as well as cost is a sideline consideration when looking at money…… Because of the severe costs imposed by the coincidence of wants in an in-kind economy, money tends to emerge naturally as some form of commodity money….. And that is the crux of the situation…… Air time…… Money….. Air time is used up, it is zero in as far as physical things are considered… You can’t touch it, can’t smell it, can’t eat it, can’t feel it…. But it’s residue, money still remains….. Grains, fruits, meats, eggs….. Again, commodities, once eaten, it is gone…. You can’t touch it, can’t smell it, can’t eat it, can’t feel it…. Or can you? I say money does grow on trees…….. (actually it grows in cotton fields, money is made from ‘rag’ fiber, not ‘bark’ fiber)……. The only thing one must be concerned about is when using money, it does not cripple someone else’s form of currency that is based upon their individual value system…. Oh, the heck with this as well…………………… Let’s just get to the meat of the matter……. ‘Lever Notes’….. Depending on, a person can receive X amount…….. For the person that absolutely refuses to work for whatever, who cares? 10K a year in Lever notes….. What are Lever notes? In essence, funny money, monopoly money, temporary or substitute money, good only in certain places……. For instance, and lose focus on pyramid schemes or other scare tactics such as that, I remember a movie when I was a kid, some G.I. was wandering around France with Monopoly money…. Guy would by bread, clocks, cigarettes, wutever….. After telling his buddy what he was doing his buddy cracked up laughing….. And the G.I. said “Hey, who cares, he doesn’t know it ain’t real”. But anyways consider this, o.k., the G.I. gets his stuff, the Frenchman in turn buys eggs, cheese, milk, wutever with it….. And the guy that sold the eggs, cheese, milk, wutever goes and buys some rope, a shovel, maybe a piglet with the ‘funny munie’, and of course the guy that sold him the rope, a shovel, maybe a piglet or wutever, well, he goes to a resteraunt and buys………………… and on and on and on it goes………. Who was cheated? No one…… that’s who… As long as that currency is restricted to a closed loop system….. Enter bar codes….. (I am sure you know what those are, but anyways)…. Barcodes are represented data in the widths (lines) and the spacings of parallel lines, and may be referred to as linear or 1D (1 dimensional) barcodes or symbologies. They also come in patterns of squares, dots, hexagons and other geometric patterns within images termed 2D (2 dimensional) matrix codes or symbologies. And they also have numbers as well….. 12 or more…. Well, Lever notes should be used for products, goods, services, blah-blah-blah manufactured or produced and packaged in the United States…. They can have a number designation of *01 somewhere on the code…. O.K., that takes care of the closed loop system…. Income taxes? Hey, you can send the government Lever notes, and if you make the 40K a year and up, the lack of money is really becoming non existent in your life, oh sure, you will want more, more, more, but anyways, even at 40K a year and up you too can get 10, 20, 30K worth of ‘Lever’ notes per year from the government…. Want your lawn mowed, give the mower guy a Lever note (whatever denomination you want to, 1’s 5’s, 10’s, 20’s, 50’s, 100’s – wutever) Want to tip the gal at the diner, toss her a ‘Lever’ note… Want your shoes shined, toss a ‘Lever’ note…. Want to go blow money at the casino? Use ‘Lever’ notes for tokens to put into the machine, then pull the lever, and if you win, your winnings can be paid in ‘Lever’ notes….. nayuck-nuck-nuck-nuck-nuck…… You could have a GS rating to decide how many lever notes you get…. GS-1, GS-2, GS-3, GS-4, GS-5, GS-6, GS-7, GS-8, GS-9, GS-10, GS-11, GS-12……, Hell, go crazy with splitting the hairs, make GS-13, GS-14, GS-15, GS-16, GS-17, GS-18, GS-19, GS-20………………………….. government workers, uhhhh, socialist? Communist? Who cares, toss ‘em some Lever notes…………… Disabled folks? Toss them some lever notes… The sliding scale that decides the lever notes is the hours worked per week, harnessed by skill level, productivity, etc., etc., etc…. Need high speed rail systems criss crossing the nation? Lever notes….. Erosion protection…… Lever notes,…… day care centers?...... Lever notes…. Oh, and of course the ‘Reserve notes’ which of course can go inito foreign circulation……… So there you go……. So, tell us, what is your great idea……?????????????? Any body else out there got any ideas? contributions? considerations? thoughts?

Oh, so in other words, you are simply angry at where he sent taxpayer dollars, not the fact that he was instrumental in disbursing those tax dollars, and in reality socialism is only the cover for the basis of your rant even though socialsism that fits your particular needs is actually at the base of your desires.. The reality of it is this; You practice the Me-me-me-me and screw everyone else fluer des lies mentality..........

Had Obama instituted healtchcare with offsets in the budget, not screwed the taxpayer with his bailouts (GM & Chrysler in particular) - and ran a balanced budget, I would support him. Instead he and his party are pretending to "stimulate the economy" when in fact they are attempting to transform America into a socialist country full of government dependents. Thankfully a majority of the people will "just say no" this November.

I don't know about all that, Obama may very well become re elected...... One has to consider that he is only working with what was left for him to work with under the conditions that were already put into place..... I really see no Republican solution, and then again, no one sees a democrat solution either...... Hopefully Obama will wander farther away from the socialist agenda, and he will prevent the event of us stupidly electing a dictator or a nazi to the post of the President of the United States....

Odds of Quidd being right are about 12 to 1. At least that's how the voters saw it last time he ran for office.

If I were a betting man I would wager that you would never have anything bad to say about any Democrat, nor anything good to say about any Republican. Of course - as predictable as this is - no one would take that bet.

Cheney has a terrible record when it comes to accuracy. If I were a betting man I would bet on the opposite outcome.

Concentration Camps in America and Bill HR 645 77 - - - By Brie Hoffman - - Bill HR 645… What is the *!(#* is going on? Recently, legislation in the form of HR 645 was introduced that would set up a network of FEMA camps to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency. The bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” a green light which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse…. These camps can be seen on You Tube, just enter FEMA Camps or American Concentration Camps. What are our leaders planning? What kind of national emergency would provide for something like this? Are camps like these ever necessary? And what if they are not as innocent as we would like to believe, after all one of the reasons that the Jews were exterminated during World War II is because they didn't believe that it was possible. They believed that they were being sent to work camps or relocation camps...not death camps. They were wrong, dead wrong….. They say that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. We cannot act upon the belief that this could never happen here in America, that kind of logic will pave the way for atrocities like it did in Europe. One of the things that really bothers me is the propensity for evil leaders to do evil things when the economy gets bad. People become desperate and they are more than willing to cast blame on the immigrant, the poor, the vulnerable. One of the worst things that we can do is to ignore these camps and this legislation. We must raise our voices loudly and say NO to anything that would resemble a concentration camp before it's too late. There is no room for the benefit of the doubt, there is no room for naivety, there is no room for niceties. These camps have no place in America and we must speak up before it's too late….. The shame of things are, we are probably only going to get another scumbag 'installed' to that position. Ehhh, I don't know if that is entirely fair though, Bush wasn't a scumbag, and neither is Obama.... But lord knows they both are probably walking a fine line..... We need progressive thinking at the helm... Clinton, Bush, Obama all have, or had their merits.... The aim should be to safely arrive at a point where freedom and liberty and justice are the hallmarks pursued by all mankind.... These times that are a comming in our very near future will be the most challenging ever witnessed in the history of humanity... There is in reality scant little time for pettyness... False leaders must be muzzled, inhumanity and wonton ruination doled out by the few to be indured by the many must be brought to a halt.... It is a fine tight rope we dance upon as we waltz through life....... The problems that abound and seemingly surround us can be brought to a minimum through careful planning and action....

How proverbial prediction. One Scumbag bringing down another Scumbag. Lack of credibility is certainly in Cheney's bio.
